Was born in 10th June, 1952 in Anwara, Bangladesh, starting his early life in Anwara and then moved to Chittagong, started his own restaurant named "Gate of London" at Kajirdewri (1972 - 1986). In 1975, during the timeline of Mr. Hoque's restaurant business, he founded Lucky Enterprise in Chittagong, and became fully affiliated with Lucky Enterprise in 1986, With a passion for leadership, Mr. Hogue has been running this business for last 45 years and Lucky Enterprise is currently a well-reputed business organization in Chittagong. Mr. Hogue is one of the leading wholesale suppliers for Government Oil Companies and various private organizations. With market share of 45%. He is visionarry, sharp, self-confident and a struggling person since childhood. Apart from this business, he is currently involved with the following organizations:
